Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues.
The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research.

Excellent service. I managed to hit a water pipe with a nail. I called several emergency plumbers who were going to charge a huge fee. I called RML plumbing and heating Ltd. He was here in 45 minutes, didn't charge me a call out charge and repaired the pipe for a very good price. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a good plumber.
Great service, the two lads turned up on time to fit our bathroom sink and toilet units. They were polite and professional, made sure we were happy with their work as they progressed and left the bathroom clean and tidy.
